2 ingredient HEALTHY pizza

Hi! Are you craving pizza, but you try to resist because you know its unhealthy? If so, this recipe is for you. It is an simple, delicious, and HEALTHY recipe using only two ingredients; yogurt and flour. I promise you, once baked, you cannot taste the yogurt AT ALL. Personally, this is my favorite pizza to eat, plus, it's NOT unhealthy!

          Ingredients: 

1.  2C of Self Rising flour

2.  2C of Vanilla yogurt
(1C flour+1C yogurt=1 pizza. If you choose to make the dough with 2C of each, you can split the dough in half and make breadsticks.)

3.  Toppings of your choice


       Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 415 F. Using a spatula, mix the self rising flour and yogurt together in a medium sized bowl.




2. Knead the dough on a clean surface. (You may need to add more flour so it doesn't stick.)





3. Divide the dough in half, one for the pizza and the other half for the breadsticks.


4. Roll one of the halves of dough on a pizza pan and add on the toppings of your choice. Bake 10-20 min.


5. Using the onther half of dough, grab as much dough as you want and twist two peices together. Bake 10-12 min.
