The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead men tell no tales review

Image
Hi this is Kayleigh! Today I am writing a review on the new movie that just came out last Friday, “The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” The movie was about Will and Elizabeth Turner’s son Henry, and how he and Correna, who was falsely accused as being a witch, go on a scary and exciting adventure to find their fathers, and find the trident that will break all the curses of the sea.   It was a great movie. As always, my favorite character was Captain Jack Sparrow. I think the scariest part was the dead/alive sharks, if you watch it you’ll see what I mean. I just watched it at the movies yesterday evening. If you watch it, remember to wait after the credits because there is another scene at the end about Davy Jones. Nobody is commenting so I don't know if anyone is seeing my posts, or if they like them so please comment or subscribe!!!!!! Thanks

My Totally Amazing Week at Anna Maria Island Florida

Image
Hi this is Kayleigh! Last week, I spent 3 days on the beautiful Anna Maria Island in Florida, so this post is going to be all about it! Monday we settled in and spent most of the day in the pool and then went to the beach! Surprisingly, there were not a lot of people at the beach and the water was really calm. That night we ate Domino’s pizza and had them deliver it to us at our beach house. Tuesday, we went fishing on a boat called the Double Marker, 30 minutes away from where we were staying. We caught 15 huge, gigantic fish! My little sister caught the biggest fish, the bonita, which was 32 inches long. We went   on the beach again that day and there were a lot more people than there were the day before and the water was still pretty calm. The beach was so close, we could walk there! On our way back to our beach house we saw a cute little owl inside of a dead palm tree! We think it was an Eastern screech owl. The next morning, we went to a place called The Donut Experimen

My Super Amazing Baking Birthday Party 2 years Ago!

Image
Hi, this is Kayleigh! So, my sister who is turning 10 this month is going to have a last-minute pool party to celebrate her birthday. She still hasn’t thought of any games or invited any friends! This post is going to be about my 10 th birthday party in 2015. First of all, my mom and I decided that the party theme would be baking and decorating cupcakes. Then, we used an app on my computer called Smilebox and picked a cool invitation that I could send out to my friends! After that we cleaned and decorated the house with the colors red and light blue.                                       Finally, what seemed years, the party came! The 11 girls, including my sister and I, decorated chef hats with markers and stickers. We made a flower decoration using cupcake liners to pin onto our aprons, and we all chose our favorite color of aprons.                                                                             We then played our first game...Cupcake Wars!
