How To: Strawberry Short cake cookie *YUM

Strawberry Shortcake Cookies Ingredients

2 cup Strawberries

1/2 oz Bakers semi-sweet chocolate

1 cup Cool whip, light

4 cup Powdered sugar

3 tbsp Sugar, raw

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 (16oz) ready to bake sugar cookies

1/4 cup Butter

8 oz Philadelphia Neufchatel cream cheese

21  First of all, before you do anything, you want to bake the cookies, according to the package instructions. Bake until edges are slightly brown.

22     Once the cookies are removed from the oven, sprinkle with raw sugar to garnish.

33      Move the cookies to a cooling rack.

43     In a mixing bowl, combine butter and cheese, and mix until smooth.

54      Add vanilla to the bowl and mix it in.

65      Add 2 cups of powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix until combined.

76  Add the remaining cups of sugar into the mixing bowl, 1 cup at a time mix  until smooth

   7   Using a piping bag and Wilton 1A open star tip, pipe filling onto the top of a cookie

9 8  Press 5 strawberry slices into filling, standing up and on an angle, spaced evenly around cookie

19 Place a second cookie on top of berries and filling

110  Pipe a small star of filling on top, and finish with one small slice of strawberry.

111  Garnish with grated chocolate

112   Serve immediately and enjoy!  😊
